CLARKSBURG, W.Va. (WV News) rCo AT&T is working to resolve an issue
preventing its cell phone customers from calling 911, according to Harrison/Taylor 911.
Customers in Harrison County and "several counties" in the North
Central West Virginia region are being impacted by the issue,
according to a 911 dispatcher.
