Any clues?
SELECT `lname`, `fname`, `adr`, `street` FROM `QUEENS_20200129` WHERE `lastvote` > '20150000' AND `asbl` = '26' AND `ed` = '3' AND `party` = 'rep' ORDER BY `street` , replace(`adr`, "-", cstr(cint( RIGHT( RTRIM( `adr` ), 1 )) mod 2))

It seems to be more this problem:
mysql> set @a="straat 12"; select @a, replace(@a, "-", cstr(cint( RIGHT( RTRIM( @a ), 1)) mod 2));
Query OK, 0 rows affected (0.00 sec)
ERROR 1305 (42000): FUNCTION test.cstr does not exist

But can you share some example input data, and a description on what you
are trying to achieve (with some output data)?
