    We are trying to restore database on 11.1 to a couple days back running the following:

    rollforwarddb db1 -e27-APR-2022:01:02:00

    This seems to succeed but the databases is not set to this timestamp.

    Are there other steps involved?

    Was it journalled?

    Run infodb on it and look for "The Database is not Journaled".
