I've been on a charter that did a photo stop at Woollahra.

I overheard the train radio once we got under way control to train - 'why were you over time in section ?'. Driver -
    'I lost the air'.

A subsequent charter on the ESR the organizer was asked could we stop at Woollahra and the answer was no. 'Control are on to us, only so many times you can 'lose the air' in the section before questions get asked'.

Nowadays the trains are even more closely tracked by the new train radio system and upgrades in the signaling system. I suspect if a charter train even slowed for Woollahra, control would be on the radio 'don't even THINK about stopping' :-)
