I also take Olmesartan and at one time was taking Losartan, but it
produced such a severe cough that I thought my head would fall
off. A fish oil supplement is in my regimen as well along with a
senior vitamin plus a statin. Yours is the generic Lipitor while
mine is the generic Vytorin and it's taken every other day. Your
other medications are unfamiliar to me and that's ok; that means
I'm not having to take them!

I take Omeprazole and vitamins. I find the vitamins make me less
inclined to snack between breakfast and lunch.

A specialist once said that, unless you have a diagnosed deficiency,
vitamins and most other OTC supplements only do one thing: make
    expensive urine.

    "A specialist"????

    There's a non-statistical anecdote.

    That room rocks, lol.

Beats that dank old sawdust pile for sure.

The Sawdust Pile is great. I even worked it into my book. When we first encountered it, more than 20 years ago, it was probably 40 feet high.
Every year it shrank a little. Then one year there was a fire that
burned out the center of it, so it looked like a volcano. The walls get shorter every year. Here's a couple more random pix.

Ann had never been this far from the city, and when they stopped at the sawdust pile, she exited the vehicle, stretched, and surveyed the surroundings. When the other two joined her she asked, rCLA fire did that?rCY rCLIt did, and I hope that the inside looks anything like it did last Autumn.rCY They tramped around to the opposite side, where Ian had said
they could get into the crater, and Ian said, rCLIt's pretty much the way
    that I remember it.rCY
rCLWow,rCY said Ann. rCLCan we go inside?rCY
rCLSure,rCY said Ian.rCY He led them around to the side where he had less than a year before dug an ingress, and he slid in, then offered arms to receive the women.
Winter wasn't surprised, but was amused by his intentional setup of an opportunity to touch Ann, one that came across as incidental, and though
one misstep on the obviously slippery surface would have landed Ann in
his protective embrace, he held her at a distance; he helped her down
like a loving father would have. Winter could have leaped in behind
her, but waited for Ian to receive her as well.
The evidence of fire was unmistakable. White ash covered some of the
surfaces while other areas were burned nearly black. They soon climbed
back out, vowing to return, because Winter had reminded them that it was nearly 11:00, and the hike they'd planned wasn't a short one.
    *******

They don't create sawdust piles anymore. Now they use the sawdust to
    make particle board.

    Bruce is worthless.

he difference is that his psychiatric chum
has lost his ability to connect to Usenet.

But you have no trouble conversing
    with imagined friends or boners.

You mean to say you've killfiled the psychiatric patient?

You mean to say that your bullying is something you find to be
    camouflaged by blatantly false accusations?

Have you _always_ been a bully, Bruce?

Do most folks give you a pass if you say something nasty or untrue
    about your victims?

    How sad.

The Sawdust Pile is great. I even worked it into my book. When we
first encountered it, more than 20 years ago, it was probably 40
feet high. Every year it shrank a little. Then one year there was
a fire that burned out the center of it, so it looked like a

    *******
Ann had never been this far from the city, and when they stopped at
the sawdust pile, she exited the vehicle, stretched, and surveyed
the surroundings. When the other two joined her she asked, rCLA
fire did that?rCY rCLIt did, and I hope that the inside looks anything
like it did last Autumn.rCY They tramped around to the opposite
side, where Ian had said they could get into the crater, and Ian
said, rCLIt's pretty much the way that I remember it.rCY
rCLWow,rCY said Ann. rCLCan we go inside?rCY
rCLSure,rCY said Ian.rCY He led them around to the side where he had
less than a year before dug an ingress, and he slid in, then
offered arms to receive the women.
Winter wasn't surprised, but was amused by his intentional setup of
an opportunity to touch Ann, one that came across as incidental,
and though one misstep on the obviously slippery surface would have
landed Ann in his protective embrace, he held her at a distance; he
helped her down like a loving father would have. Winter could have
leaped in behind her, but waited for Ian to receive her as well.
The evidence of fire was unmistakable. White ash covered some of
the surfaces while other areas were burned nearly black. They soon
climbed back out, vowing to return, because Winter had reminded
them that it was nearly 11:00, and the hike they'd planned wasn't
    a short one. *******

They don't create sawdust piles anymore. Now they use the sawdust
    to make particle board.

We both love the Sawdust Pile. And Echo Bluff State Park too. We
go to lots of nice places. St. Louis has a world class botanical
garden where we go with her parents most weeks. We walk most days
at a beautiful park nearby. We go on great vacations, where we
visit art museums and gardens. Just last spring we visited all of

    YESSS!!!

    Neon anything.

I know. If you ever drive that stretch of I-44, you should plan to
stay overnight in St. Robert. This is a decent hotel, though their
free breakfast wasn't very good. It was worth it though because the
room rates are quite low for as nice of a room.

That has an almost Motel^ updated vibe to it.

Very sparse and tidy, but mostly sparse.

Beats that dank old sawdust pile for sure.

The Sawdust Pile is great. I even worked it into my book. When we
first encountered it, more than 20 years ago, it was probably 40
feet high. Every year it shrank a little. Then one year there was
a fire that burned out the center of it, so it looked like a
volcano. The walls get shorter every year. Here's a couple more

    Yeah?

    For
    cRudence forgery.
    Goggle AI finds:
On Usenet, Jonathan Ball is a real-life individual based out of
California who became a notorious figure due to a highly aggressive, decades-long online identity and "sockpuppet" feud.
    He is best known
across various political, regional, and hobbyist newsgroups for
allegedly using dozens of alternative pseudonyms (nyms) to argue with
other postersrCoand frequently with himselfrCoto dominate discussions and manufacture a sense of consensus.
    The Usenet Persona and "Sockpuppets"
In Usenet culture, Jonathan Ball became a target for "doxxing" and
intense scrutiny by other users who grew tired of his posting habits.
Critics in groups like alt.california and misc.survivalism archived his
IP addresses and email headers to link his real name to an array of confrontational personas.
    According to Usenet tracking posts:
    Famous Nyms:
He is most famously accused of posting as Rudy Canoza, Leif
Erikson, Citizen Benfez, Radical Moderate, and Wilson Woods.
    Behavioral
    Patterns:
Posters noted that he would claim to have advanced academic
achievements (such as a Ph.D. in economics) and would use multiple
accounts simultaneously to attack his detractors or validate his own
    arguments.
    The "Feud" Cycle:
His presence on Usenet largely devolved
into a permanent meta-discussion, where other users continuously posted
his alleged home address in Sacramento, CA, and phone numbers to expose
him, leading to ongoing flame wars.
Rudy Canoza is one of the most prolific and infamous pseudonyms (or
"nyms") attributed to Jonathan Ball on Usenet.
    Over the years, this
persona became a central figure in endless political flame wars,
particularly within the newsgroups alt.california, alt.politics, and misc.survivalism.
Key Characteristics of the "Rudy Canoza"
    Persona
    Combative Tone:
The persona is known for an incredibly
aggressive, highly articulate, and deeply insulting debating style. He frequently targets posters he perceives as right-wing, survivalist, or conspiratorial.
    The "Intellectual" Flex:
The Rudy Canoza character frequently boasts about high intellectual capabilities, advanced education, and deep knowledge of law and
    economics to belittle opponents.
    Sockpuppet Choruses:
    Other Usenet
posters documented instances where Rudy Canoza would instantly enter a
thread to defend or validate posts made by Jonathan Ball's other
alleged personas, like Leif Erikson or Citizen Benfez.
    The Usenet
    Backlash
Because the Rudy Canoza persona dominated discussions and
engaged in relentless arguments, a dedicated group of anti-Ball Usenet
users made it their mission to track and expose him. They routinely used
header analysis (tracking NNTP posting hosts and IP addresses) to prove
Rudy Canoza and Jonathan Ball were the same person.
