It's an interesting game anyway.
Apparently, tariffs are imposed resulting in higher prices for US
consumers which in turn results in reduced sales by overseas companies resulting in loss of revenue. Then US corporations are reimbursed at the expense of the US consumer while overseas companies have no recourse?
But compare that to what's going on in Europe: Small internet-purchases
from China by mostly the European lower classes valued often just over
EUR 10, are now not taxed with a flat fee of EUR 3 per package, but
(mostly) EUR 3 per item held within the package. :-)
