• -- ON THE QUESTION OF GENOCIDE DOES FAUCI'S PLEADING THE 5TH AMENDMENT ON ADVICE OF LAWYERS BREACH THE NUREMBERG PRINCIPLES?

The Nuremberg Principles establish that individuals are personally
accountable under international law for war crimes, crimes against
humanity, and crimes against peace, regardless of rank or orders.

The culpability for a crime against humanity against FAUCI arises when the
lab leak involves a deliberate human agency.

    He is preventing appropriate enquiry.

Perhaps FAUCI ought to have sought indemnity from prosecution in light of American / Chinese research accountability (am I reading the press
correctly?) -- that dichotomy alone could be sufficient cause for the
scenario of any deliberate human #491 - agency involvement in the
transition out of a secure facility years prior (what's the science on a
    sample taken years prior).

You've had a genocide atrocity larger than the Holocaust and all FAUCI can
    say is no comment

The hypothetical is related to stages of development to the contagion
relative to lab samples if it can be measured since the larger the lag
relative to time of spread ought to tend towards a years prior scenario involving a purposed human agency who would forestall spread action until a time of choosing

    |
    X - taken
    |
    |
    |
    X - spread
    |
    |
    X - variant to spread

Surely those considered opinions could have been conveyed without pleading
    the 5th amendment

Such a hypothesis suggests that there were changes in the lab -- again I am reliant on news media to convey those possibilities...

What was the nature of the research and did it change the contagion and how often...

To put it succinctly, my knowledge of the subject is shaped entirely by
    past news media reporting:

The question is whether the lab process has over time, introduced
markers within the contagion and whether any if not all those markers
were present in the spread / variant to spread.

If they were not present, does that convey anything towards the
assumption on when the contagion was X - taken?

If that scenario is true, then the response to the contagion is no
longer just a health issue such that much of the dialogue on irreverent actions towards person's autonomy is mitigated or uninformed.

Six years later, we are none the wiser.
