    Our position can be put sharply like this:
    The founding Christian culture and language (monarch under God,
    oAlmighty Godo clause, Christian legal heritage) are part of the
    original meaning.

    Modern judicial readings that treat oany religiono as if the framers
    had a completely open, post? 1960s pluralist concept of religion are effectively rewriting the Constitution without a referendum.

    Any genuine shift from oassumed Christian commonwealtho to olegally
    secular multicultural commonwealtho should be done openly by
    referendum, not implicitly via case law.

    That is a coherent constitutional philosophy. ItAs just not the
    philosophy the High Court has actually followed.
    TheyAve kept the text, used the Christian heritage as background, and
    then let modern legal interpretation move well beyond the framersA
    social assumptionsuwithout going back to the people under s 128.

    I don't support Pauline Hanson or One Nation
    To me she is just another spiteful, Godless politician.

    Trouble is the others are worse!
    History tells us that if Hanson ever found herself with real executive
    power, her explosive temper would likely see her fighting with her own
    cabinet within a month.

    Stop lying so unashamedly, Petz dear. You have joined with uncontrolled
    joy the One Notion mob. Your recent posts prove that (yet you hope that
    people aren't capable of looking up your past output in the newsgroup
    stuffed full celebratory awe for Pauline).
    She had promised for you and ilk a brutal autocratic white Xtian
    nationalist (theocracy) monoculture, the very thing that you have always dreamed of!

    Trouble is the others are worse!

    BULLSHIT with Labor and the Greens! Even the Lie-berals used to be much
    better than that far-right mob before Mad Monk Abbott followed by
    Voldemort Dutton have managed to kill of all the political moderates within.

    History tells us that if Hanson ever found herself with real executive
    power, her explosive temper would likely see her fighting with her own cabinet within a month.

    True. But still, you will vote for One Notion, no matter what, just to eradicate all moderate politics in OZ.
    After all, what have you to lose, Petz dear!
    The joy of seeing all non-Xtian and non-white demographic groups screwed
    over, to see immigrants abused and all indigenous rights scrapped, to
    rejoice about the dismantling of the social safety-net as well as all
    fair employment conditions for the much hated wage slave class and of
    those immense pleasures you feel at seeing profits seeking environmental vandalism and climate destruction explode are all represent irresistible attractions for your deplorable mind.

    Yes, Petz! By now the newsgroup understands well where you stand
    politically so why deny it at all???

    I only have ever voted for a Christian Candidate.
    Used to be Reverend Nile endorsed one.

    Niles is luckily ugly history by now! But since ON promises a brand new
    age of White Xtian-nationalist monoculture the newsgroup already knows
    who you are going to vote for.
    Stop your bullshit denials and come clean.

    Pauline Hanson is not a friend of Christianity

    Really? Then why would she promise so frantically the commencement of an
    age of White-Xtian nationalist monoculture, the very thing you keep on
    waxing odes about in a number of your recent posts.

    C'me on Petz dear, how gullible do you think readers of the newsgroup are???

    That she is! So please try to rationally explain why do you go out of

    Sure!
    Yet you still supported every key political assertions she made no
    matter how outrageously sociopathic they might have been.

    Your track record in this respect speaks volumes about your own
    political bent, Petz dear!

    Who gives a shit about these far-right opportunistic-parasite political
    nobodies?

    Thank you, Petzl. She must be a back-back-bencher or something.

    Just for a moment I have misread your comment and I thought you were
    talking about one of Petz's neighbours at his Shitboxville parkbench
    home residence!

    :-)

    WHAT?? Are we now talking multi-level Park Benches or something?? ;-P

    I use public transport, Bus takes me to entrance of big mall to top-up
    my shopping, less than 10 min's by bus, 10 min's back.
    The cost is $1.12 return (age pension price).
    My mobile APP tells me to the minute actual time when bus arrives,
    they are tracked in real time, the stop is easy access from my
    backyard gate, and only 10 metres from it.

    The bus stop I use has a roof and comfortable bench seat on edge of a
    well maintained park, of course faces the road.
    Buses are electric, air conditioned, wheel chairs can easily board
    them, the bus door lowers to curb for easy access.

    WTF has that nonsense to do with anything even remotely related to
    discussion topic in this thread?

    |urd||g is jealous and hates this "bourgeois lifestyle" I have?

    ROTFLOL!

    WTF has using public transport to do with any sort of "bourgeois lifestyle"? Nor, in fact, WTF has someone like you to do with any sort of "bourgeois lifestyle".

    Are these your Goon Bag binge induced hallucinations again, Petz dear.

    FYI a real "bourgeois lifestyle" exclusively involves the use of
    chauffeur driven limousines, yachts, private jets and helicopters and
    NOT some stupid public transport wage slave subhumans use to commute
    between work and home.
    You certainly won't find Pauline, Gina, Clive nor Andrew anywhere near
    such proletarian transport options servicing the great unwashed!

    On a Sunday I like hearing the local Cathedral bells ringing, around a kilometer away very well played.

    Good for you, Petz dear.
    Maybe that is the only musical entertainment you actually have access to
    as a Shitboxville park bench dweller. Although, given how much of your Centrelink supplied money you likely spend on your never ending Goon Bag
    binge those fairies visiting you in your alcohol induced delirium may
    also sing for you soft lullabies.

    So why even mention him given that you demonstrably know fuck all about
    any econo-/sociopolitical ideologies.

    Marx says the bourgeoisie are expansionistic in nature, driving new international trade, new factories, and new conquests of foreign lands

    |urd||g is jealous and hates this "bourgeois lifestyle" I have?

    No Petz dear!
    I am not envious of any alcohol addicted park bench dwellers who live in glorious Shitboxville. Why would I or for that matter anyone else be
    envious of a brain dead senile old fart whose main occupation consist of emptying GoonBags by the dozens and then posting shit on Usenet until
    full on alcoholic stupor sets in.

    On a Sunday I like hearing the local Cathedral bells ringing, around a kilometer away very well played.

    YAWN. Is this the only sort of musical entertainment you can afford,
    Petz dear???

    Doubt if you are close to our Lord, probably go mad'er than you are if
    you heard a church bell, Cambelltown has a few.

    Is this what those GoonBag fairy voices in your cavernous skull have
    told you?

    Do you think this would be some sort of "gotcha" moment against me.

    Hey, Petz dear! This was my neighbourhood parish church a just a block
    away from my home in (socialist) Hungary as I grew up in Budapest's
    historic First district (on the Buda Castle-Hill):
    *Budapest (HUN) Matthias church 12:00 3 bells* <https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ETTvb13UKzY>
    Mind you, that is not just on Sundays, but it rang on every day at
    midday according to Hungarian tradition.)
    (BTW this historic church regularly had lovely pipe-organ concerts
    which I used to visit for enjoyment of true musical delight!)
    :-P :-P :-P :-P

    You have no fucking concept of agnosticism nor atheism, do you?
    People like these could not give a damn about what fundy Xtians of your
    kind allege about their stance towards religious culture.

    You see, moron, one does not need at all to believe in any sort of
    invisible and fully irrelevant sky fairies floating in other dimensions
    in order to enjoy art in all of its forms.
    I for example (and I told you that quite a number of times before) love visiting churches of all kinds wherever go because I appreciate nice architecture and well designed decorative element. I do fully enjoy
    sacred music, especially those from the Renaissance and Baroque era...

    If I want to listen to some good music I go to a concert in the City or
    even visit a church where such concerts are scheduled. And these days
    YouTube allows access to a lots of overseas artist.

    Hey...try these, instead of the choir of your Goon Bag fairies:

    *VOCES8: Agnus Dei by Samuel Barber* <https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0LYnNEALm6o>

    *VOCES8: The 23rd Psalm by Bobby McFerrin* <https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z3CAgaxwqFA>

    *Handel: Messiah | Voces8 and Academy of Ancient Music [Full Concert]* <https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lFjQ77ol2DI>
    ~~~~
    I use public transport, .... blah!
    I have already dealt with that bit of moronic nonsense in another
    thread, so no need to re[eat myself here.
    Back with you to your park-bench GoonBag binge, Petz dear!
    Usually same time both ways, but you knew that.
    Also enjoy meeting the neighbours and have a bit of a talk.
    I buy on-line from Woolworths, nut there's always someting I missed
    and a woolworths freezes shopping bag is not big or heavy.
    Nowadays with one car one driver looking for one free parking spot,
    would take 30 minutes or mor to drive, then find a parking spot if
    lucky 15 minute walk away from store.
    The bus stops right outside the Mall's main doors, them picks one up
    there.
    I do most shopping at Aldi, which has a large car park with plenty of
    parking, I have my chauffeuse drive me there, about 5 minutes away and
    help with the shopping, she gets her selections there as well.
    With Aldi once you workout what you like and what you don't, you save
    a fair amout of money, a lot cheaper than woolworths which I use when
    raining. But it's nearly always sunny in Campbelltown NSW.
    where you get the idea that "One Notion" is a Ally of Christianity?
    I got that from the fact that you actually support them regardless all
    of your pathetic denials. You might not understand this, but people here
    can actually look up what you have been posting over and over again
    since the current public hype about Pauline's ambitious political
    English language. I am far from perfection regarding proper English
    usage, but at least I have the valid excuse of not being a native
    speaker of this language. What about you???
    YAWN! I don't give a fuck about what you believe in or don't!
    I have never posted anything for you benefit as you and ilk are
    demonstrably beyond reach of any rational human thought.
    So don't take my replies at all personally, as they are intended as
    counter to the vile propaganda you spew. I do this for the benefit of
    sane readers of this newsgroup.
    What propaganda have I written?
    Disregarding for a moment some of that gossip/conspiracy
    kookery/anecdotal chit-chat rubbish you use in your posts to change the actually stated topic of discussion in the thread, you are constantly regurgitating far-right hate and scare propaganda talking points or even
    spew outright stochastic terrorist nonsense. You keep on referencing
    and/or outright copy-pasting stuff sourced from alt-right social media
    or corporate media outrage crap, of course heavily featuring Murdoch's
    fake news outlets.
    learn about some real stuff your gut feelings telling you, you ought to absolutely/unconditionally hate from the bottom of your dark heart.
    As far as I am concerned you just take the lazy way out of being
    How would you know? Even this encyclopaedia does not make any such
    claims regarding word for word citation.
    So no! You have fucked up again (would not be the first time as usually
    your cites do not say what you suggest)
    Your encyclopaedia only offers a short digest on the subject and some pointers. Go away in shame!
    Here:
    "The term bourgeois originated in medieval France, where it denoted an inhabitant of a walled town. Its overtones became important in the 18th century, when the middle class of professionals, manufacturers, and
    their literary and political allies began to demand an influence in
    politics consistent with their economic status. Marx was one of many
    thinkers who treated the French Revolution as a revolution of the bourgeois.
    In Marxist theory, the bourgeoisie plays a heroic role by
    revolutionizing industry and modernizing society. However, it also seeks
    to monopolize the benefits of this modernization by exploiting the propertyless proletariat and thereby creating revolutionary tensions.
    The end result, according to Marx, will be a final revolution in which
    the property of the bourgeoisie is expropriated and class conflict, exploitation, and the state are abolished. Even in MarxrCOs lifetime,
    however, it was clear that the bourgeoisie was neither homogeneous nor particularly inclined to play the role that he had assigned to it."
    Alas, no direct word for word citation of Marx's actual work!
    So either you are lying or have an utter lack of reading comprehension
    or most likely both at the same time.
    you have actually referenced, haven't you? :-P :-P :-P )
    top-up my shopping, less than 10 min's by bus, 10 min's back.
    Ah!! So is the Bus slower on the return trip because it's then
    carrying all your 'shopping', Petzl??
    Usually same time both ways, but you knew that.
    So why didn't you type that above, Petzl?? ('less than 10 min's' v '10
    min's back'}
    I just glance at my watch to get idea of time. don't stopwatch it.
    But you knew that!
    Also enjoy meeting the neighbours
    Are they fellow Park Bench users??
    Well yes arriving for the bus to pick them up, many like arrive early
    to enjoy the fresh air, a fine day, the park, people walking their
    dogs, joggingl etc.
    and have a bit of a talk. I buy on-line from Woolworths, nut there's
    always someting I missed and a woolworths freezes shopping bag is not
    big or heavy. Nowadays with one car one driver looking for one free
    parking spot, would take 30 minutes or mor to drive, then find a
    parking spot if lucky 15 minute walk away from store.
    Say7 WHAT?? Are you talking 'Street'-type Supermarket rather than
    'Shopping Centre'-type Supermarket??
    It a mall with massive parking indoor and outdoor, Aldi, Woolworth's,
    Cole's inside, as well as Fish shops, Vege shops, eateries, department
    stores, Gyms, ect.
    Tiberius Caesar never sent troops to conquer Britain.
    He did not intend to occupy the island, relying instead on diplomacy,
    These aren't just pop-science talking pointsu they're discussed
    seriously in cosmology (e.g., by Martin Rees in Just Six Numbers, or
    in reviews on fine-tuning).
    The universe's constants do appear "just right" for complexity.
    Explanations include:
    Design/intelligent cause (common theistic interpretation).
    Multiverse (we observe a life-permitting one because others exist;
    anthropic selection).
    Deeper theory (perhaps a more fundamental law fixes them, though this
    pushes the question back).
    Skeptics note some tunings might be less severe under different
    physics, or that "life" could exist in other forms.
    The gravitational one and nuclear/EM balance are among the stronger
    cases.
    Physics doesn't prove a designer, but it does show the universe is
    remarkably congenial for ususomething worth pondering whether you're
    into philosophy, science, or both.
    The odds of random selection from a broad range of possibilities seem
    low without some explanatory mechanism.
    Every summer, France's nuclear fleet runs below capacity. The timing
    is not accidental. The country generates roughly 65% of its
    electricity from nuclear power, and most of those plants draw cooling
    water from inland rivers. When heat events push river temperatures
    past regulatory thresholds, Electricite de France (EDF) is required to
    reduce output or shut reactors down entirely. That constraint has been
    Nope to do with safety issues as well as environment.
    Summer means fresh water levels are at their lowest.
    So enough cooling water is a problem.
    As the water level is lower it is also warmer.
    Discharging a Nuclear reactors waste heat into a low warm river is not
    good life in River.
    In Stockholm all the city hot water systems are heated with discharged
    cooling water heat exchangers.
    Stockholm's district heating system (operated primarily by Stockholm
    Exergi) is one of the world's most advanced for integrating waste heat recovery.
