    Not necessarily a thought bubble, much more
    likely that the clowns deciding policy are too
    stupid to spell out the detail of the policy properly

    And that isn't unique to one notion, Chalmers didn't
    in the budget either with who would be excepted with
    the change in how trusts are taxed

    Policies?....what policies?!!!
    Barnaby has never had a clue about anything apart from scam schemes to personally get rich on and/or servicing his ilk's greed, and beyond that
