    Yep, particularly given how spurious the alleged grounds for the appeal are

    and all likely to be a plot by the lawyers.

    Hard to see how it can be except with the freeze on
    the property allegedly in case there is any claim for
    damages by any 'victim' given that all but one of
    those is dead and her ex who survived has said
    that he has no interest in any damages

    Tho I spose that you can certainly claim
    that her kids have a right to that property

    But stupid that you lot should be paying
    for such an expensive bogus appeal
