    On "Tycoon" level it stacks good dice rolls for your opposition,
    giving you bad ones
    Strategy is the way to beat it probably AI controlled
    But I beat it, with strangely
    When you first start the Mortgage amount is 50%, start by bidding
    that, then full amount, if it bids above you bid above also. AI
    usually does 3 bids above (not always) but causes it to be left with
    little money to cover top priced "Cards" the price of properties first
    row/line lowest the Fourth row is the highest and if you get houses or
    hotels bankrupts the AI, when the AI has low money on auction you get
    expensive properties at low prices (just bid what little AI has left)
