I have had endless troubles with the Rules, with duplicate emails
appearing, and with the Rules sending incoming mail to the wrong
    folders.
The Copilot has advised "flushing" the MS mail server by a sequence of
actions, all very hard to understand.
However I have adjusted my Rules to apply just locally, and not from
the MS system, i.e. making ALL the Rules "client only" with a sound
added, and this seems to have worked. Additionally I have unticked
the "stop processing more rules" in ALL the Rules.
It's early days, but so far so good.
