Anyone thinking of going to the Pacific Air Show at Sufferer's Parasite in a couple of weeks?

Thought about it, but all the decent sea-facing accommodation is
    apparently done and dusted...

So it would seem. I'm just thinking of going down early one day and finding a spot on the beach north of the display area.
However, I hate to think what the traffic will be like.
    Cheers,

Love to go but I don't think that I could face the traffic and parking situation.

It seems it's going downhill.. big plans, but looks like some are
pulling out, as in f-16 and C5. Apparently no F-22, no F-35 (surprising)
It goes for 4 hours per day?

glad I saved my readies.. looks like a poor mans Avalon.

Seems that way, sounds like plenty of action in the air but missing is
being able to get up close to the aircraft on the ground which to me is
a big part of the event.
Getting into Avalon last time was a major PITA but once there there was
lots to see and not just what was flying.
