FYI, make sure to get the file whose name ends with "_win7" or "_winXP". The >ones without any, are for Windows 8+ only.
Weird, I get a 406 under both XP and Linux. Github has been
practically inaccessible for a while.
Same for Sourceforge, was blocked by Cloudfare for months (as
was Majorgeeks) but they work again now.
When I use a Russian proxy I can both see and download the
files.
