I JUST got hosting with you guys and you all are lazy. I get into a support chat and you just tell me to open a ticket and will reply back in 15 minutes. This is a lie completely and never did respond. You guys respond to tickets with less than 5 words, never a complete paragraph just one line which does not resolve any issues at all.
Hand the business to someone like me who knows what the hell we are doing and lets have a better service for the customers. AND YOU ARE NOT FROM THE U.S YOU TWATS! damn liars.
