• [Gravity] Suggestion

Maybe it's just me, but I tend to highlight one or more
articles in the Threads pane, then right-click. I always
forget that "Forward via mail" is not in the right-click
menu, but only in the applications Article menu.

Would it make sense to add it to the context menu when
    articles are selected?

(I have 2.9.15, and I see there are later versions available.
Maybe this has already been done?)

Probably, depending on your definition of "sense" :)

I will enter it as a suggestion. Forward is kind of primitive with no
address book. I used to suggest having at least a little MRU menu so
you don't have keep typing the same thing but I forgot about it.

    No, it has not.

So how does the function change between the context menu and menu>
article? Just curious. Never used that function nor am I likely to.

No change - the function is the same, just convenience for a mouse
user. Your mouse is usually right there in the art pane.

You're confusing me Tom. The OP was wanting to right-click and "forward
via email..." which is only available in the main menu under article. I assumed that "Forward..." under the right-click context menu had exactly
the same function. It comes up with the same edit window.

You've told the OP that he can't forward under the context menu and told
me that the context menu function is the same as the main menu. Can you clarify?

See above confusion. Yeah its the same thing. I'm not aware it was
changed recently so it must have been there in 2.9. I rarely use it
    anymore either.

DUH!!! I'm sorry -- you're right, it is there. It's "Forward..."
rather than "Forward via mail", so perhaps the suggestion should be
that the two be made consistent. Maybe it's only me, but I've missed
it all this time because it was not the same as the menu command.
(Though it looks like Tom also missed it.)
