This great interview that @kellixboyle did with Jeff confirms that the #Survivor50 finale will start with 5 players. That means tomorrow's
episode should be another double boot, though the mechanics of how that
will be done are TBD

If Cirie and Rizo were to go tomorrow that would make the finale just
about unwatchable for me. Jonathan winning would be just about as bad as Aubry winning. Devens winning would actually be fitting for this season:
a non-serious player for a non-serious season.
Wouldn't it depend on how and why they win? If Aubry puts on some kind
of amazing challenge performances and somehow wins the last few
immunities and does some really impressive strategic moves like getting
rid of powerhouse Cirie, then maybe her win will be earned. Why take it
out on Aubry that the show may have given her a weird edit? People win
for different reasons, and if Aubry does some late game moves, gets rid
of players who can beat her and wins some late game challenges, let's
give her credit for it. I would honestly say the same for Jonathan if
he does something amazing.
OTOH, if either backs into a win through luck or someone else doing
something stupid, then maybe we can write this off as a terrible season. Bottom line is you win by convincing a majority of the jury to vote for
you, and however you accomplish that has to be worth something.
