Tonight's episode is titled "Everyone Will Be Shooketh!" Based on one of
the sneak peeks, it looks like Cirie has had it with Joe. The other
sneak peek has me worried. I wonder if the shocking incident at the IC
is an injury or something like someone gets caught cheating?

That's been my concern all day since they say (or at least suggest)
something happens at the Immunity challenge. To me the most likely
thing would be someone getting hurt or passing out. I don't see anyone
in this crowd trying to cheat.
As for Joe I can't blame her as Joe isn't doing much and makes it so
obvious he has problem with Devens. He can't seem to get past his
issues for even a minute.

I was shooketh after watching the episode. The advantage Jonathan won
has to be one of the most powerful ever if not the most powerful.
Splitting the losers into tribes and doing two TCs is such BS with just
nine players left. Of course the twist screws over Emily.
Tonight showed that Ozzy was useless strategically without Cirie. Even
so, I was really surprised at how stupid he was giving up his entire
game to Aubry. No wonder even his buds Joe and Rizo voted him out.
Sadly, Aubry got another winners edit tonight. The "burn it down" confessional which ended with the pose shot pretty well confirms she
wins as far as I'm concerned. Having the only idol left will put a huge target on Rizo's back.
I'm also questioning Cirie making it to the end now. Of course with all
of these random crazy twists anything can happen, but as of now, I
predict F3 will be Aubry, Jonathan, and Tiff. It'll be a fitting ending
for a clusterfuck of a season.

What made it especially bad was that Jonathan's win in the IC was
actually close to random.-a Ignoring the fact that Tiff really did keep
both feet on the platform way too long (and I assume she just lost focus
and wasn't deliberately cheating) - Jonathan and Emily fell off within probably less than a second of one another, so she could have easily won
the challenge, and oh how that would have changed things.
Tonight showed that Ozzy was useless strategically without Cirie. Even
so, I was really surprised at how stupid he was giving up his entire
game to Aubry. No wonder even his buds Joe and Rizo voted him out.
Ozzie is a nice guy and genuinely well-liked, but he showed again why he
is such a terrible strategic player.-a I thought for a minute that him telling Aubry everything was some kind of brilliant deliberate strategy,
but it quickly became obvious it wasn't.-a That was as stupid a move as
we have seen in a while.
Sadly, Aubry got another winners edit tonight. The "burn it down"
confessional which ended with the pose shot pretty well confirms she
wins as far as I'm concerned. Having the only idol left will put a
huge target on Rizo's back.
Whether that was really a winner's edit for Aubry or not, I did have to laugh at her winner's pose.-a It's probably not likely that a producer
told her to pose that way, so I'm sure she did that on her own.
Regarding Rizo's idol - did you notice that on the instructions for
Rick's idol tonight, it clearly said the idol would only be good until
there were seven players left in the game.-a I wonder if Rizo's idol has
the same expiration?-a The idols are usually good until final five, but I wonder if they made it final seven because they are doing so many double eliminations or maybe because they want to shake things up?-a If Rizo's
idol indeed expires at seven, that means he will likely use it next
episode assuming he doesn't win immunity (which he pretty much never does).
With only one episode left before the finale, I guess that means it will
be another double elimination next week.
I'm also questioning Cirie making it to the end now. Of course with
all of these random crazy twists anything can happen, but as of now, I
predict F3 will be Aubry, Jonathan, and Tiff. It'll be a fitting
ending for a clusterfuck of a season.
If Cirie gets voted out next week, that will be fine with me.-a I hate
the constant fawning people people do over her, and I was really hoping
her luck would run out tonight.-a I'm still thinking F3 could have Rizo, Tiff and Aubry - and it will be interesting to see what would happen
then.-a Aubry is the only one who has been to the finals before, so that might give her an edge, but I think Rizo actually has more connections.
It's also possible, maybe likely, that Joe is so unlikely to get any
votes that he may get dragged to F3 and become the first two-time zero-
vote finalist on any English language version of the show.

I'm not sure why he thought giving his game play to Aubry was going to
help win her over. As for not playing the idol who knows. I'm sure
Rizo's comment probably played into his wanting to stay safe as long

Yeah, at this point she and Cirie are the only two getting a possible winner's edit. Not that I think there's any chance of Cirie getting to

Agreed. The setup in the preview makes me wonder if Cirie goes next
week. That would also go along with Stephenie's prediction of getting
her revenge on Ozzy and Cirie. Ozzy this week, and Cirie next.
The betting market, Kalshi, had Aubry as the winner since the start of
the season. The odds have lessened over the weeks but she's still the predicted winner. Though I will say the predicted boot this past week
were for Cirie up until yesterday. So someone saw something, maybe
from CBS, that let them know Emily and Ozzy were at risk, and not
Cirie.
So maybe, one hopes, the winner bet on Aubry may be wrong.

winner's edit. Not that I think there's any chance of Cirie getting to
the final TC.
I think Rizo is also a possible winner, especially since they have
edited out all his sick time, which they have done occasionally with
past winners.

Agreed. The setup in the preview makes me wonder if Cirie goes next
week. That would also go along with Stephenie's prediction of getting
her revenge on Ozzy and Cirie. Ozzy this week, and Cirie next.
The betting market, Kalshi, had Aubry as the winner since the start of

I'm not sure why he thought giving his game play to Aubry was going to
help win her over. As for not playing the idol who knows. I'm sure
Rizo's comment probably played into his wanting to stay safe as long
as possible. The question I would have is why he thought he was safe
enough to not play the idol. I get why Rizzo would think that way as
no one sees him as a big threat, but Ozzy was always seen as a threat.

Simmotion, though they might be saving that one for final four.-a The
show seems to love random events like the coin toss that saved Devens
last week.

like the smart players.-a What really killed him was his separation from Cirie, who clearly would have made him play the idol.
Sadly, Aubry got another winners edit tonight. The "burn it down"
confessional which ended with the pose shot pretty well confirms she
wins as far as I'm concerned. Having the only idol left will put a
huge target on Rizo's back.
Whether that was really a winner's edit for Aubry or not, I did have
to laugh at her winner's pose.-a It's probably not likely that a
producer told her to pose that way, so I'm sure she did that on her own.
I don't know about that. Devens's dance routine with the drone shots
was clearly choreographed by production.
No question Devens was goaded into doing that, but the producers know he
is a buffoon so they were just playing that up.-a But they wouldn't have known at that point whether Aubry wins or not, so I just assumed she did that on her own.-a Maybe they make everyone do that.
Regarding Rizo's idol - did you notice that on the instructions for
Rick's idol tonight, it clearly said the idol would only be good
until there were seven players left in the game.-a I wonder if Rizo's
idol has the same expiration?-a The idols are usually good until final
five, but I wonder if they made it final seven because they are doing
so many double eliminations or maybe because they want to shake
things up?-a If Rizo's idol indeed expires at seven, that means he
will likely use it next episode assuming he doesn't win immunity
(which he pretty much never does).
The Billie Eilish idols are good to F5. That's why Devens was
surprised the MrBeast idol was only good only until F7. I was
surprised as well.
Yeah, I wonder why they did that.-a Only thing I can think of is they
want to rebury the idol with some new weird twist and they want to get
it back in the game before F5.
With only one episode left before the finale, I guess that means it
will be another double elimination next week.
Or they could go back to the days when the finale started with six
players. I have a feeling this is what will happen with F4 fire
replaced by a twist that gets rid of two players.
I'm drawing a blank on when they ever had six players going into the
final episode, but I agree that with all the twists this season that
they could do something like that.-a I just hope it's not something as random as flipping a coin
I'm also questioning Cirie making it to the end now. Of course with

I predict F3 will be Aubry, Jonathan, and Tiff. It'll be a fitting
ending for a clusterfuck of a season.
If Cirie gets voted out next week, that will be fine with me.-a I hate
the constant fawning people people do over her, and I was really
hoping her luck would run out tonight.-a I'm still thinking F3 could
have Rizo, Tiff and Aubry - and it will be interesting to see what
would happen then.-a Aubry is the only one who has been to the finals
before, so that might give her an edge, but I think Rizo actually has
more connections. It's also possible, maybe likely, that Joe is so
unlikely to get any votes that he may get dragged to F3 and become
the first two-time zero- vote finalist on any English language
version of the show.
If it wasn't for the extra vote she had, Cirie very well might have
gone tonight.
Yes, being switched to a small tribe of 3/4 is really the ideal
situation to have an extra vote and she really lucked out with that.
Joe being dragged to the end makes sense. If Rizo makes F3 I wonder if
being viewed as a "new" player will hurt him. If he can take out Cirie
she might campaign for him as long as Tiff is not at the end.
Regardless of who wins, they'll have a huge asterisk by their name
because of twist heavy and random this season has been.
I'm not sure if Rizo is really even still thought of as a new player. He talks so much about himself and has talked about his strategy in S49 and
how he finished, etc., that it may be no different from players who know other players from only having watched their season.

In the old days, Jeff said only four or five people knew who won. It was him, a CBS exec, a CBS lawyer, and I believe Matt and MB. If they do
read out the votes live at the reunion then the Aubry rumor is just that unless she won in a landslide and the players discussed their votes. If that's the case, then I would say Steph leaked.
I do question if they have time to read out the votes at the reunion.
Not sure if you're aware of this, but very recently Todd Herzog was on a podcast and said all of the past winners were invited to the reunion.
That will waste some time for sure. It'll be super interesting to see
who shows up!

that Joe is so unlikely to get any votes that he may get dragged to
F3 and become the first two-time zero- vote finalist on any English
language version of the show.
If it wasn't for the extra vote she had, Cirie very well might have
gone tonight.
Yes, being switched to a small tribe of 3/4 is really the ideal
situation to have an extra vote and she really lucked out with that.
That's what ended Emily.
Joe being dragged to the end makes sense. If Rizo makes F3 I wonder
if being viewed as a "new" player will hurt him. If he can take out
Cirie she might campaign for him as long as Tiff is not at the end.
Regardless of who wins, they'll have a huge asterisk by their name
because of twist heavy and random this season has been.
I'm not sure if Rizo is really even still thought of as a new player.
He talks so much about himself and has talked about his strategy in
S49 and how he finished, etc., that it may be no different from
players who know other players from only having watched their season.
True, except no one had seen Rizo play. Half the cast might not have
seen Emily play but there were players who did. Rizo was an unknown
entity who had to rely on the others believing his stories.

I was shooketh after watching the episode. The advantage Jonathan won
has to be one of the most powerful ever if not the most powerful.

Yeah, that should never happen again. It was completely unfair to the

I don't know why Ozzy thought it was necessary to try and win Aubry
over at this point. Especially not if he also thought she should have
been the target that night. Aubry was not the sort of player who could
be that easily manipulated.

Yeah, at this point she and Cirie are the only two getting a possible
winner's edit. Not that I think there's any chance of Cirie getting to
the final TC.

Agreed. The setup in the preview makes me wonder if Cirie goes next
week. That would also go along with Stephenie's prediction of getting
her revenge on Ozzy and Cirie. Ozzy this week, and Cirie next.
Even though Steph did spoil who would go it had nothing to do with
revenge. If Ozzy had played rationally and/or used his idol, he would
still be in the game.
I didn't mean that Steph had anything to do with who went. Just that
she was taking joy in it as part of her revenge for them turning on
her.
The betting market, Kalshi, had Aubry as the winner since the start of
the season. The odds have lessened over the weeks but she's still the
predicted winner. Though I will say the predicted boot this past week
were for Cirie up until yesterday. So someone saw something, maybe
from CBS, that let them know Emily and Ozzy were at risk, and not
Cirie.
So maybe, one hopes, the winner bet on Aubry may be wrong.
Were there any bets or spoilers on Jeff being overruled by the panel of
judges? Who determines the betting questions? The platform or can anyone
come up with something to bet on?
N othing that I saw about Jeff, but that is so specific I would expect whomever is running the site to refuse to put it up. The platform has
to have final say but I expect the bets are initially arrived at by
the bettors. (bettes?)

I think Rizo is also a possible winner, especially since they have
edited out all his sick time, which they have done occasionally with
past winners.
Rizo hasn't had any confessionals where he's said something that makes
it sounds like he wins like Aubry has. If he does win, I won't be
complaining.

If the betting market favors Aubry, it would suggest insider
information that she at least makes the finale.-a I still think the
winner will be read out on air, so a clear-cut Aubry win spoiler
could have been from a production team member, or it could also be a
deliberate leak of false information.
In the old days, Jeff said only four or five people knew who won. It
was him, a CBS exec, a CBS lawyer, and I believe Matt and MB. If they
do read out the votes live at the reunion then the Aubry rumor is just
that unless she won in a landslide and the players discussed their
votes. If that's the case, then I would say Steph leaked.
It's hard to imagine Aubry winning in a landslide unless maybe she goes
up against Joe and Jonathan, and I would think even Jonathan would get
some votes.-a Maybe she goes up against Joe and Devens? That would be a really weird final three and I'm not sure how we'd get there, but you'd think Devens would certainly be able to talk to the jury and maybe get
votes from Christian, Ozzie and a few others.-a It's also hard to imagine
10 jurors all violating their NDAs by talking to one another or
outsiders.-a So yeah, it would probably be Stephenie talking to someone
on her own based on what she heard at Ponderosa.
I do question if they have time to read out the votes at the reunion.
Not sure if you're aware of this, but very recently Todd Herzog was on
a podcast and said all of the past winners were invited to the
reunion. That will waste some time for sure. It'll be super
interesting to see who shows up!
All the past winners?-a Jeff really doesn't care for Brian Heidik so it's hard to see him getting an invite or even coming.-a Same with Richard Hatch.-a Chris Daugherty?-a Probably circle No on that one too.-a Be really interesting if any of them show up.-a I also wonder if Jeff will actually talk to many of the prior winners or just the usual big names like Rob, Sandra, Tony and Parvati, assuming they show up.
TBH, it might be interesting to see how some of the former winners even
look today after, in some case, 20 or more years of not being in the
public eye.-a I can't even imagine what Fabio would look like today.
As for not having time to read the votes, that's the major thing they
are doing, so I can't believe they wouldn't do it live.-a Problem is,
they have been delaying the reunion/after show so much past 10:00 the
past several seasons that we may only get 20 minutes or so of actual
reunion time, and it just depends on how much time Jeff wants to
schmooze with whatever other celebs he has in the audience.-a Please save
me if Billie Eilish shows up.-a One thing is sure, which is that the days
of talking to every cast member, as they did in the early reunions are
long past us.-a So don't expect to hear a lot form Jenna Lewis.

powerful. Splitting the losers into tribes and doing two TCs is
such BS with just nine players left. Of course the twist screws

What made it especially bad was that Jonathan's win in the IC was
actually close to random.-a Ignoring the fact that Tiff really did
keep both feet on the platform way too long (and I assume she just
lost focus and wasn't deliberately cheating) - Jonathan and Emily
fell off within probably less than a second of one another, so she
could have easily won the challenge, and oh how that would have
changed things.
Exactly!
I wonder what would have happened if Tiff had challenged the ruling
of the judges? Do they have a way of showing raw footage immediately
on the spot?
The show is recorded digitally, so they should easily be able to
replay footage just as they show replays on football telecasts.-a And
it was very clear, even while watching live, that she had both feet
down long after Jeff said the challenge was on.-a She literally did
not have a leg to stand on, and I suspect she knew that which is why
she didn't protest more.
I'm not questioning the call.Just wondering what they would have done
if she had disagreed.
The bigger point is that they knew the challenge would end very
quickly once they went to standing on one leg, so they knew the
ending would effectively be random.-a Why tie such an important
advantage to a challenge like that? I would rather see them do a Last
Gasp or a Simmotion, though they might be saving that one for final
four.-a The show seems to love random events like the coin toss that
saved Devens last week.
Sadly, you're correct. Jeff is obsessed with randomness. They
definitely need to have the advantage tied to a different challenge.
Simmotion wouldn't have worked with nine players--too hard to film and
edit.
Tonight showed that Ozzy was useless strategically without Cirie. >>>>>> Even so, I was really surprised at how stupid he was giving up his >>>>>> entire game to Aubry. No wonder even his buds Joe and Rizo voted
him out.
Ozzie is a nice guy and genuinely well-liked, but he showed again
why he is such a terrible strategic player.-a I thought for a minute >>>>> that him telling Aubry everything was some kind of brilliant
deliberate strategy, but it quickly became obvious it wasn't.-a That >>>>> was as stupid a move as we have seen in a while.
He hadn't even worked with Aubry so it made no sense for him to
layout the rest of his game. The only thing stupider than that move
was him not playing his idol. Did Rizo's speech at TC convince him
to try and save his idol for a future TC?
I think Rizo has probably bragged a lot about how he held onto his
idol in S49 as long as possible, and I think Ozzy was just trying to
play like the smart players.-a What really killed him was his
separation from Cirie, who clearly would have made him play the idol.
Sadly, Aubry got another winners edit tonight. The "burn it down" >>>>>> confessional which ended with the pose shot pretty well confirms
she wins as far as I'm concerned. Having the only idol left will
put a huge target on Rizo's back.
Whether that was really a winner's edit for Aubry or not, I did
have to laugh at her winner's pose.-a It's probably not likely that >>>>> a producer told her to pose that way, so I'm sure she did that on
her own.
I don't know about that. Devens's dance routine with the drone shots
was clearly choreographed by production.
No question Devens was goaded into doing that, but the producers know
he is a buffoon so they were just playing that up.-a But they wouldn't
have known at that point whether Aubry wins or not, so I just assumed
she did that on her own.-a Maybe they make everyone do that.
I doubt Aubry did that on her own as it doesn't fit who she is. The
producers probably know who has a good shot of winning by this point
in the game. If she gets another winners confessional next episode I
think that will pretty well confirm she wins.
How would the producers possibly know at that point with nine players
still in the game who might have a good shot at winning?-a They are not
mind readers.-a And even if they were, I doubt if the other players are collectively thinking at that point that Aubry is the likely winner. So
why would producers think that?
I didn't think eating that caterpillar as aggressively as she did really
fit who she is, so I think there are sides of Aubry we haven't seen.-a I could easily see her adopting that pose on her own.-a I could also see a producer asking her to do it, but then they probably had everyone do it
to at some point.
