Star Trek Starfleet Academy is going to be a masterclass in feelings in hallfways, odd villains and characters thinking they're really important when they're not. I'm not sure what on earth will actually be Star Trek about
this, but nor will the very audience they're trying to attract. It's odd to see Star Trek, a brand renowned for having an older fan base, try to attract kids after it's already lost it's adults. When I was a kid I watched Star
Trek despite it not being made for my age group. They seem to forget you can make a show aimed higher than the audience and the lower audiences will still like it. But lower the content and you lose everyone. Childrens TV used to be better, like beast wars.
