Star Trek: Starfleet Academy is shaping up to be a comedy in space entirely unintentionally. Rather than the peak of humanity solving problems that few have thought of, this crew is struggling to not die on their very first space travel. They forget to breathe, can't control their replicator usage and the teachers have zero control over their kids. It's amazing that a school has managed to piss of a villain, and yet apparently with Harry Potter like
cliche this is the noughts and crosses that shall not be named. I'm not sure who this is for, at least not who this is for that exists outside California. But it does look like Kurtzman has outdone himself, and made something less Trek than Discovery. But what do you think of what you saw?
