I've seen one female Muslim aide - identifiable by the clothes she wears . But she has never helped me. Knowing the Muslim rules about male and female interaction I wonder if she has been exempt from helping men?
I have asked a few of the aids here but they don't know. She probably works in the other wing.
Have you asked her? You can do it politely and not accusingly. Something like, "I'm curious about something..."
