As the staff that serves you walks in and out of the building, then there's always going to be the likely hood that they will be infected by a visitor who is contagious but asymptomatic.

When the staff enters the building their temperature is taken and all must wear masks at all time plus gloves for any resident contact.
Residents have their temperature taken every day.

It looks like it might be easier to catch it indoors.
That's why I like the safety precautions here. They have made a special quarantine room if any residents were to come down with it.
