I just came across this. I never knew that he wrote one.
In my version of the Divine Comedy I place Brown as well as Spartacus among others in the Inferno.
That doesn't appear to be a constitution for a country, but rather for Brown's, what to call it?, his army.
Why should Spartacus be put into the inferno?
