Anna goes nuts. She has to kill FaisonrCOs last remaining issue.

Jason - you forgot about MaxierCOs kid! Anna did not immediately buy a ticket to Australia.

Drew goes nuts. He wants to call out the police to investigate the Q estate
for Jason Jr. activity, becauserCahe hates Jason that much

Ava: Have you lost your mind? We just buried a body there. Drew says I
DONrCOT CARE, stomping his foot. Outback rounds the corner

Trina goes ballistic. Chase is convinced Danny did it. Brook Lynn
    confesses. Chase goes nuts.

Brook Lynn weeping. rCLChase has gone coldrCY.
Jordan: I hate you Michael. You participated in the cover up. You only gave me the job because you felt guilty.

Anna has been nuts for months. I don't understand how she can appear
lucid under such a profound delusion. Val knew something was off and
should have trailed her in spite of her protests that she didn't need a babysitter. But no, he wanted to be a good friend.

Jason - you forgot about MaxieAs kid! Anna did not immediately buy a
    ticket to Australia.

It seems impossible that someone could have had a psychotic break that
severe, then snap out of it in a matter of seconds and be willing to
seek help. Another oddity was when Anna told Dante that she wasn't going
to check into a facility because she couldn't bear being confined again
after her experience in the basement of Wyndemere, then seconds later
told him that if he decided to report what she just told him, she would understand. What? If Dante reports her, no doubt she'll be confined to a
PCPD jail cell or to a straight jacket at D'archam. Both are more
confining than a psych ward. Why did she tell him that? Did she think he wouldn't report?

That said, I do not blame Britt at all for wanting to report what
happened. Anna just tried to execute Britt, and would have done if Jason
hadn't stopped her. Now she's running around loose, claiming that she
doesn't know whether or not she would have gone through with the
execution if Jason hadn't found them. That's not okay, it's messed up!

Drew goes nuts. He wants to call out the police to investigate the Q estate for Jason Jr. activity, becauseahe hates Jason that much

Oh yes, I think Scout's 18th birthday is something we're all very much
    looking forward to!

This resolution would be absurd in real-world terms. Someone having a psychotic break, including delusional thinking and visual hallucinations
does not just "snap out of it" because a close friend points out the
delusion. Anna absolutely should be confined for everyone's safety,
especially after acknowledging even she's not certain what would have
happened if Jason had not shown up. It certainly should not be left up
to Anna to decide that she should not be confined because she could not
    stand it!
It is consistent for Port Charles, however, where a no harm, no foul
rule generally seems to apply. Because Anna did not actually wind up
shooting Britt, I guess we viewers are meant to be sympathetic with
Jason's decision to "protect" Anna and therefore no substantial
consequence to Anna will occur. Just like when Sonny holds someone at gunpoint and no criminal charge is brought because no one was actually
    shot. >

Agreed. I suspect this will be the end of Jason and Britt.

Oh yes, I think Scout's 18th birthday is something we're all very much looking forward to!

In real life, I'd advise Alexis to bring two petitions under the
Domestic Relations Law, one for grandparent visitation and one for
sibling visitation. No real-world judge would deny those petitions under
these facts, especially given Scout's age and their prior relationships.
And Drew no longer has the exaggerated benefit of being a Congressman.
Alexis should already have done this. But that's probably too mundane.

I wondered how they would handle Anna needing to be institutionalized
again without FH taking more time away so soon after returning from her
last break. Turns out, they had no intention of handling it at all! That
is so nutty that it's laughable. Someone plans an execution and disposal
of a body, then abruptly changes their mind and says, "oops, sorry, my
bad, point me to the nearest shrink," and it's treated like it never
happened? I'm sympathetic with Jason's loyalty to Anna and his desire to protect her, but I don't agree with it. Britt is the only sensible
person in this scenario, and that's probably because she was the
    intended execution victim.

I guess we could have predicted that the minute they first said their I
love yous. Wasn't that just last week? If anyone ever seems happy on
this show, expect the world to come crashing down on their heads fairly quickly.

All great points. Not only would that be expected of Alexis IRL, but it
could easily be done without sacrificing drama. To the contrary, Drew
would be certain to challenge Alexis's DRL petitions in court and the
ensuing legal battles could be quite dramatic. But I suppose they'd
rather have Drew run around town threatening people and acting like a
    total jackass.

She did the same thing again yesterday! First she told Tristan that she
needed his help to avoid being sent to a WSB psychiatric facility, and
minutes later she appeared to give Joss the green light to report her
and said that she would understand if Joss decided to do so. What is
going on here? Does Anna want to avoid being sent to a facility or not?

If she were all there mentally, I'd think she was actively trying to
infiltrate WSB's psych ward. But because of the Peter thing, we know
that she's not just pretending to be nutty, she actually *is* nutty. I
guess she could be both nutty *and* be trying to infiltrate the psych
ward. Maybe she's convinced Faison is alive and is hiding out there, or
maybe she thinks that's where the jar with his brain in it is being kept
and she can't rest until she puts it through a wood chipper. Or maybe
her flip-flopping is just down to sloppy writing, but it sure does seem deliberate to me!
