I really shouldn't make predictions because when it comes to GH, story progression isn't always logical. But just for fun, I'll pretend that it
is.

Sonny and Justine won't be able to hide their secret affair when Justine
turns up pregnant unless they can come up with a father stand-in willing
to confess either to an ONS or a temporary fling. Who might that person
be? The floor is now open for suggestions....

spawned Donna, so he's forgotten that little necessity.

I think they will bring on her past boyfriend.

A past boyfriend would probably be too threatening to Sonny's massive
yet fragile ego for him to allow one to pretend to be the father of his
baby. And given Sonny's hotheaded tendency, it might create a scenario
similar to the Curtis/Isaiah debacle, with Sonny spying the ex-boyfriend feeling Justine's stomach and charging in fist first like Curtis did,
demanding that the guy get his hands off his child.

But, I will keep trying to see if any other hints are dropped, now that the rumor has been shaped.

I haven't heard a rumor, just assumed that since Sonny hasn't spawned
recently that he probably would again soon. Any hint of pregnancy will
probably be the usual--Justine runs to the bathroom to barf at an
inopportune moment while everyone jumps to the inconvenient yet correct conclusion.

There is no one on the canvas at the moment who is in her league who would
be a credible fake partner (professionally or in terms of intelligence or physical looks).

Maybe the ex WSB doctor, now that Britt and Jason are more firmly a couple?

Of course the secret affair will end up being exposed, but IMO, if they
want to do it in a way that really draws out the drama, they'll need to
go with the pregnancy thing.

And will be even more so after Anna kidnaps Britt and ties her to a
railroad trellis or whatever she plans to do. Because...Jason will swoop
in to save the day and their bond will become even tighter!

We will see if they meet and maybe date.

She wouldn't need to actually date the person, just pretended to have
dated or slept with them at least once. The WSB doctor must be a good
decade and a half younger than she is, which wouldn't be out of the
question, but she really doesn't seem to be the cougar type. The person
would also have to be someone Sonny could trust completely not to expose
him as the father. Dante is unattached, as much as Liz is subconsciously
trying to attach him, and he could be probably be trusted not to squeal.
Come to think of it, I don't know who else other than Dante would
qualify. An ex boyfriend would work, but only if Sonny set him straight
up front that impersonating the baby daddy is a temporary gig that
doesn't include taking back up with the baby mama.

I dunno. Seemed like a good idea when I thought of it. :{
