    I don't think I've ever seen a nurse wear stiletto heels at work before
    the Tuesday episode. That was the day that Liz wheeled Dante into an
    exam room and flirted with him even harder than she had at the softball
    game, or later in her living room when his pants were off. (Oh no,
    nothing at all going on between those two.) I was so distracted by the
    bizarre sight of a nurse wearing shoes like those that I almost missed
    the whole point of the scene: Ric lurking and sulking nearby.

    I guess the wardrobe department had run out of nurse shoes that day, and
    were left with a choice of either kiddie sneakers or stilettos, and for
    some reason the stilettos seemed a more reasonable choice for a nurse
    who is on her feet for 8 to 12 hours. No woman would ever have made that choice, which is how we know, without ever having seen the show credits,
    that a man is head of wardrobe on that show. ;D
