Is Brennan going to share DrewrCOs misdeeds with Alexis?

He has proposed trading AlexisrCO info about the Jax corporation. In return, probably, for the stolen campaign money he has in the black box.

Why isnrCOt he probing Carly, or Joss? They might have more info?

He's not on good terms with Carly, and he's seeking information on Jax's company behind Joss's back. Carly and Joss wouldn't have the information
he wants from Alexis even if they wanted to give it to him. Brennan
asked Alexis what she knows about the company as Jax's former attorney
in JJE matters. If Alexis reveals anything about JJE to Brennan, she
would be violating attorney-client privilege. But Alexis isn't above
violating ethics codes, especially if given enough incentive to do so.

What's odd is that Drew didn't seem at all threatened by Brennan's
veiled threat. I suppose Willow's stroke juice didn't kill off Drew's
brain worms, and they're still eating away in there.

Not really Esme level. The target of Charlotte's plot isn't an innocent
human being, he's a vile piece of humanoid tissue whose actions are
hurting people who actually *are* innocent. I don't know what she and
Danny will get up to in their plot against Drew, but I hope they're
successful.

I think it is sort of hilarious that Brennan doesnrCOt have more than
abundant access to information about the enterprise. The WSB is supposed
to be an intelligence agency. Whether legally acquired, or by virtue of
some sort of espionage skill, he shouldnrCOt have to go to Alexis.

So true! You'd think Brennan would have thoroughly investigated JJE when
he vetted Joss for the job of WSB Secret Agent. But I suppose asking
Alexis for inside information on the company is probably the extent of
his espionage skill (ha ha). Plus, what better way to give Alexis
leverage over Drew?
