Trina and Kai finally owned up to being at the scene of the attempt
    on Drew.

Michael is using the information to keep Willow from changing their custody arrangement.

The ring tone isnrCOt hard evidence. Michael has threatened that when he
goes to the cops, they will check phone records and gps.

IsnrCOt that the evidence Nina bribed Brennan to hide or dispose of? IsnrCOt it in his black box? I am not sure if Willow knows about NinarCOs arrangement with Brennan. If she did, she wouldnrCOt cave to Michael.

They seem not to have remembered that Alexis warned them that by coming
forward with what they witnessed, they would be putting themselves in
legal jeopardy for breaking and entering. If Michael doesn't take the affidavits to the cops, then Kai and Trina should be okay, but when they
signed the affidavits, they surely must have known that Michael would
use them as a bargaining tool and might need to give them to the cops if
    Willow refused to cooperate.

Michael is using the information to keep Willow from changing their custody arrangement.

He could use the information to change it himself! Yes, he wants the
kids to have their mother in their lives, but their mother is a lunatic!
It won't matter if she's living in the gatehouse unless someone watches
her 24/7. Michael might confiscate her passport, but she could still
snatch those kids and disappear with them anywhere in the country. She
might also be nutty enough to kill them to hurt him or keep him from
them. Not that such a horrible thing would happen on GH, but you'd think
it would at least be one of Michael's concerns. He shouldn't want that
loony anywhere near his kids until she has treatment for her mental
illness. And even then she should be monitored while in their presence
as long as they remain minors.

The ring tone isnAt hard evidence. Michael has threatened that when he
goes to the cops, they will check phone records and gps.

Having that ring tone on her phone isn't hard evidence, but Trina's and
Kai's sworn statements provide enough probable cause for subpoenas to be
issued for Willow's and Wiley's phones. The hard evidence is the ring
tone and the incoming call from Wiley to Willow at the time Trina and
Kai claimed to have witnessed the shooting and heard the ring tone.
What's really funny (funny ha ha, not funny peculiar) is that Willow
seemed to believe that a blood test revealing drugs in her system was
hard evidence that Jacinda put something in her drink. Snort!

IsnAt that the evidence Nina bribed Brennan to hide or dispose of? IsnAt it in his black box?

The evidence in Brennan's black box implicates Drew in the theft of
    federal funds.

I am not sure if Willow knows about NinaAs arrangement
with Brennan. If she did, she wouldnAt cave to Michael.

At Nina's request, Brennan removed video footage from police servers
that showed Willow driving on Drew's street and parking outside his
house around the time of the shooting. In return, Brennan asked Nina to
find out from Charlotte where Valentin was hiding out.

Nina *did* tell Willow that Brennan had removed the footage. Willow
wanted to make sure he had not just removed it, but had deleted it, and
tried to blackmail Brennan into deleting it by threatening to vote
against funding the WSB (as if!). I don't recall what Brennan's response
to that was. Maybe he told her he would delete it or maybe he told her
to get stuffed. Either way, Willow realized she had no way of confirming whether he had deleted it or not, so she tried to get Sidwell to "take
care of" Brennan for her, and Sidwell told her that Brennan was her
problem, not his. Or something. The story really is a confused mess.

There hasnrCOt been any real movement on the Trina stalker story

Some people still think it is Spencer.

Exactly. So Trina and Kai decide the time to finally tell someone that
they have evidence that Willow shot Drew is when Michael needs help with keeping custody of his children? Not to make sure an attempted murderer
is not acquitted and gets away scot-free with the crime? Double Jeopardy
    and all.
The risk of them being prosecuted for Burglary is still there, even if
it's somewhat less likely. It seems like misplaced priorities on Trina
    and Kai's part.

If I recall correctly, Brennan did not have any response to Willow's
threat. He just had an "Oh, no!" expression and the conversation ended.
