Willow fell asleep. The kids are safe. But Jacinda and MichaelrCOs
    relationship is almost certainly over.

Joss tells CARLY about Jax turning the company over for Joss to run.

He has gone off the grid. The family isnrCOt surprised. Jax had been
planning a lengthy cruise for some time. They arenrCOt surprised he is incommunicado. He was seeking peace and quiet.

I donrCOt think they know for certain he is on a cruise. Seems like a guess based on past discussions.

In any event, no one is suspicious. Even tho Jax never discussed any plan
to cede his interest in the company to Joss.

Why would a heretofore highly competent businessman do something so rash.
No one is asking the right questions.

There are suggestions that perhaps Jax is silent he has been kidnapped or killed.

This story is just bizarre. Assume Hudson is committing some sort of
fraud. How could Hudson be so certain Joss would have no interest in the company? He was begging her to run the company. What was he planning if
she decided to helm the company?

Chase is likely to investigate the Curtis Crash. Either he finds out Brook Lynn has been lying, and or CarlyrCOs involvement will be revealed.

Hudson (is that his name?) had said Jax was on an around-the-world solo cruise. And that Jax was incommunicado.
I'm not assuming that's the truth yet.

In the world of Port Charles, it does not seem like such a stretch that
Jax would do something this rash, something no one would be likely do in
real life, as an attempt to manipulate Joss into leaving the WSB. Once
Carly revealed that she had told Jax all about Joss's WSB career, it
made a lot more sense that Jax would do something so absurdly dramatic
in an attempt to force Joss's hand, to me at least. This kind of stunt
has been right up his alley, if I remember correctly. >
There are suggestions that perhaps Jax is silent he has been kidnapped or killed.

    Those are certainly possible.

I am waiting to see if Hudson is telling the truth.

This is what I'm guessing too.

Regarding Hudson, it's quite a coincidence even in Port Charles that the
agent Jax sent to transfer his Billion dollar company over to Joss's
control just happens to be baby Phoebe's bio-dad. And who is quite the
thug, having beaten Ethan pretty badly in Oslo. So Hudson took a
personal side trip to Oslo when on the way to ambush Joss?

Haven't yet seen Monday's episode, so will wait to comment on the rest
of the post until I have, but I don't think I would need to have watched
Monday to comment on the following:

Chase is likely to investigate the Curtis Crash. Either he finds out Brook >> Lynn has been lying, and or CarlyAs involvement will be revealed.

Of course Chase will find out. No point of a secret on GH if the secret
is never found out. Anytime you hear someone make the remark that So &
So "can never know" or "can never find out" something, count on So & So
knowing or finding out, and usually sooner rather than later.

Regarding Hudson, it's quite a coincidence even in Port Charles that the agent Jax sent to transfer his Billion dollar company over to Joss's

I could be wrong, but probably because of the remark Hudson made to
Ethan that he had "crossed the wrong people," I have the sense that
Hudson works for the bio-dad, but isn't the bio-dad himself.

Not sorry. I've never put much into the "opposites attract" thing. I
suppose it happens, but those two aren't opposites, they're
incongruencies. And with Jacinda out of the picture, the
rewritten-as-a-ho Serena is sure to swoop in and start digging for gold.

Joss tells CARLY about Jax turning the company over for Joss to run.

He has gone off the grid. The family isnAt surprised. Jax had been

I donAt think they know for certain he is on a cruise. Seems like a guess based on past discussions.

Sounds to me like BS from an unreliable source (Hudson), who made up a
story that he thought might be believed because everyone knows Jax to be
a sort of impulsive surfer dude. And it sounded not so much like Jax was
on a cruise than that he took off on his own to circumnavigate the globe
on who knows what type of boat. (Something like the Kon-Tiki, no doubt.)

Could be. But if true, whether killed or kidnapped, it coincides
suspiciously with Carly telling Jax that Joss was in the WSB.

This story is just bizarre. Assume Hudson is committing some sort of
fraud. How could Hudson be so certain Joss would have no interest in the company? He was begging her to run the company. What was he planning if
she decided to helm the company?

Assuming the "offer" is even real, Joss is under no legal obligation to
take over her dad's company and should have told Hudson to pound sand.
All that stuff Val heaped on her about it being on *her* to make sure
that the people who worked for the company weren't left out in the cold
was ludicrous. If Joss declines the offer, the company remains Jax's
company and Jax's responsibility. She's not obligated to consult with
the management to find the best person to be CEO. She's not obligated to
make sure the employees don't lose their jobs. She is free to decline
the offer, and if she does, no transfer will take place. Jax will still
be CEO, and his employees will still be his employees.

IMO, since Val "The Shark" Cassadine has nothing better to do but chop vegetables and obsess over his odd little daughter, he could fly down to Australia and do a bit of spying on Joss's behalf. That would be a good
way to earn brownie points with Carly. Or if Joss has nothing better to
do than run around town telling anyone who will listen that she's in the
WSB, maybe she should fly down there and start snooping around herself.

Agree. If I were Not-So-Secret Agent Jacks, I would go down there to
check it out, starting with staking out Jax's house, his office, and his
    known hangouts.

And there in a nutshell is what makes this story so suspicious. Hudson
first shows up in PC at the Metro Court pool, then follows Ethan to
Oslo, and practically the next day he's at the Metro Court cafe meeting
with Joss and claiming he had just flown all the way from Australia.

And what could Delilah, Ethan and Phoebe have to do with Jax and Joss?
The only connection I see is that Ethan's father and Joss's mother's are
uncle and niece. Jax has no connection to Ethan, but maybe he does to
Delilah. Maybe he's Phoebe's bio dad, but if so, he's hardly the worst
thing Ava could possibly imagine (as Ethan characterized the person or
people he was protecting Phoebe from). But if they're going with a Jax connection, wouldn't they need to bring Jax back?
