• A Puzzler and a Nit Pick

The puzzler: Why did references to 16 keep popping up everywhere in
Monday's episode? Britt mentioned 16000 twice, Val said Charlotte was 16
going on 30, Anna said Faison's safe house was 16 km from the Swiss
border, Tracy said she had served on the hospital board for 16 years,
Laura wanted to nominate Sonny for the 16th position on the hospital
board, the guy in the seat next to Jason was reading page 16 of his book
and told Jason they had been in the air for 16 hours. Those are just the
ones I can recall--there were more, far too many in all to have been a coincidence.

The nit pick: Recent establishing shots of the hospital have changed,
and not for the better, IMO. The old Deco building was iconic, and it's
been replaced with something that has no "personality" at all. I wish
they had at least acknowledged the change by having staff and patients
complain about construction noise, or about having to navigate around scaffolding, etc. But whatever. I'm glad that the old building is still
in the opening montage. For now, anyway.
