How did Anna find out about Cassius?

As I recall, Felicia dealt the fatal blow, but left to call for help. Anna
was alone with Peter when she watched him die.

So, is Peter a hallucination? When Anna was first abducted, she
hallucinated Peter and Obrecht.

BUT, Anna was given a drug to imagine one of her attendants was Obrecht.
Is this the same thing they are doing with Peter?

We are left with many questions about Peter. Is Anna getting a drug to make
her think she sees Peter? Did a person who is posing as Peter tell her
about Cassius? We have been led to believe that AnnarCOs abduction was orchestrated by Cullum. But if so, why hallucination Peter reveal CassiusrCO identity to Anna? . This would make faux Peter CullumrCOs enemy.

HOw about Ethan and Ava? That looks like it is happening. Ethan mumbled something about Phoebe. It sounded as if he revealed he isnrCOt the dad. Is this where the switched DNA test has meaning?

is. Delivered reasonably well. But it is only two lines.

I'm going with Peter is a hallucination, not returned from the dead
again. So then hallucinatory Peter was telling Anna something she
already knew.

Funny how these empty houses seem to have really handy stuff in them.
Anna found an old letter in Faison's old safe house that explained the
current Schmathan oddness. And just in the nick of time! And Ezra found
some ice and a ziploc bag in the empty house Sidwell had bought for
Marco. Empty, apparently, except for an icemaker and a box of baggies.

I think that's right. Felicia left the room and suddenly Peter was
sitting there, big as life. If he had been there in the flesh, Felicia
would have seen him. He couldn't have materialized within seconds of her
exit. Peter's reappearance was probably meant to indicate that although
Anna is being released, she's still suffering the effects of either a
drug she's been given, or from PTSD delusions brought about by decades
of emotional abuse at the hands of Faison and triggered anew by Cullum's gaslighting when she was being held at Wyndemere.
