It appears to be the real Britt.
It appears she faked her death, somehow, such that even Doktor Mutter didnrCOt catch on.
It appears she got herself into some sort of trouble.
It appears the Spy Kids will save her.

The jury is still out on that for me. If Britt was never cremated,
wouldn't Obrecht have wondered why the funeral home never released her
ashes? Of course, they might have given Obrecht an urn with some ashes
in it, but that wasn't mentioned. OTOH, I can see the dramatic value in Obrecht being PO'd at Britt for making her believe she was dead when she wasn't.

Yes, with someone who has apparently provided her with either a cure or
a treatment for HD, maybe in exchange for whatever it is she's doing
with Dalton's data. That person is currently being referred to only as
"he," maybe because they've yet to decide exactly who "he" will turn out
to be.
They're very invested Sidwell as the latest super villain, and he *is*
known to be colluding with Dalton, whose data Britt is being given to
analyze or evaluate or decrypt or something. (Just what an OB/GYN can do
with cold fusion data is TBD.)
But if "he" isn't Sidwell, then maybe "he" is an undead Cassadine--one
of the mad scientist ones, capable of cooking up a cure or treatment for
HD in a lab. Or maybe "he" is one of Britt's undead Faison kin--Cesar or Henrik.
My money is on Sidwell. For now.
It appears the Spy Kids will save her.
Or Jason will. In spite of being warned off by Anna, now that he's sure
he's heard Britt's voice, he'll go busting over to Croatia to look for
her.
O god please keep Peter August dead. I have heard some rumors that his gf wants him back on

I'm guessing someone else actually saved Britt from death, and now Britt
is caught up in some scheme semi-involuntarily. Probably whoever the
"he" mentioned yesterday is, very likely a name we already know.
Somewhat like Jason being scooped up by the FBI after the Cassadine
Island adventure and being blackmailed into working for them.
The writers really do love the back from the dead scenario, but it is a >classic GH plot. And soaps in general. How many times has Jason been >believed to be dead?
Britt storming into the office to complain allowing Jason to hear her
voice made perfect sense. That's totally in character for Britt.
I'm afraid Joslyn and Vaughn will find themselves in over their heads
and cause more harm than good in Croatia. The usual plotting rules on GH >would have Jason be the one who actually rescues Britt. If she needs >rescuing. She could be working a scheme of her own.
I suspect they're heading for turning Dalton into a good guy who's working on a
cure for Huntington's Disease, and he's testing it on Britt.
And those lab
animals that have been mentioned multiple times but so far have no evident relevance to anything.
I'm not looking forward to more
time wasted spinning out of their story. Then again, it's a break from Portia's
grating giggling and squealing.

He's too creepy and lecherous to be a good guy IMO, unless they decide
to give him a sudden personality transplant, as they do sometimes. Not
sure that research in cold fusion would have anything to do with HD, but
they can always make something up. As they do sometimes.

Presumably because Emma hasn't had access to his lab. Now that Gio has
the key to the lab and plans to snoop around for Emma, will he find >experiments on animals done to advance Dalton's cold fusion research?
Fairly certain that a nuclear physicist would not be involved in
experiments on animals. But they can always make something up.

Good point about the cold fusion. I forgot about that. Then again, what connection could there be between that and animal experiments?
IMO he has just too many creepy aspects for anything but a GH Miracle Personality Transplant. They certainly don't need yet another villain on GH.

The key is another thing that's bugging me. What medium or large institution still uses physical keys? They would have electronic locks at the university, probably just cards but possibly also pin pads for labs. Access can be controlled very precisely, whole buildings or individual doors. AND access is
tracked so the system knows whose card opened which doors at what time. And as
has been mentioned here before, secure labs would have security cams too, although the ones around Dalton are as efficient as the Q's in that they turn
themselves off whenever any shady activity occurs.
If there were animals in that room, they would need to be fed and their
cages cleaned. I doubt Dalton would be doing it himself. He would have to >order food and other supplies for the animals. Someone would have to
deliver the supplies. If he is experimenting on animals, someone would
be
there at least daily to take vitals and chart them.
It would be easier to stake out the lab and see who goes in and out, and
ask the right questions.
