Like Drew, Willow never seems to be in DC, so it's no surprise that she
skipped her orientation session and has not even the basic idea of how
Congress works. She seems to think that just because she's been assigned
to a committee and "sits" on it, that she calls the shots not only for
her committee, but for the whole legislature.

She told Brennan that she "sits" on the blahdy blah blah committee that appropriates US funds for the WSB. Yes, and? So bloody what! She's not
the committee chairman, she's not the ranking member, she's *a* member,
period. She gets one vote. She seems to think she has an outsized
influence on committee decisions. No!

Beyond her one vote and her zero influence as a newly minted
congressional rep, she has no say on whether funding is or isn't
withheld from the WSB or whether Brennan is promoted or fired, even if committee were the final step of the budgeting process, which it is not.
Both chambers of Congress debate, amend and vote before anything is
finalized and sent to the president to sign or veto.

And Brennan is just as big a moron as Willow because he bought her BS!
Willow is a pea-brained ninny, but Brennan is a government official and
should know better! For petessake!
