Well, she has had non-stop drama (some of it self-imposed) for quite
some time. And she's supposed to be one of the people running Deception, although we don't usually see Brook actually doing that.
It does seem like the chaos surrounding her relationship with Gio would
be good inspiration for a song.

Yes, and she's not the only one. Nina failed to back slowly out the door
and run straight to the police after Willow told her all that loony
stuff, which makes her nearly as much of a psycho as Willow. If Nina
wasn't so obsessed with "mothering" a grown woman and actually loved
Willow and her grandkids as people and not objects, she would want only
what's best for them--for Willow to have psychiatric help, and for Wiley
and Amelia to be raised by someone who isn't a deranged lunatic.

Besides which, Willow really has no leverage over Nina. If Nina were to
report Willow to the cops, it would immediately stop the drugging and
Drew would then be able to tell the cops that it was Willow, not Nina,
who had been drugging him all along. But Nina's not the sharpest tack in
the cork board, so she won't be able to reason that out.
