Marco stole a vial with a label, so it probably wouldn't have been
possible to have replaced that with a dummy with everything being as
    rushed as it was.

IAC, none of the plotters are all too bright if you ask me. Instead of endangering Marco, Lucas and Britt should have put Jason up to stealing
the medicine. They had the combo to the safe, so it would have been an
easy in and out job for a pro like Jason. And a pro would have tossed
the room and removed everything from the safe so that suspicion didn't *immediately* fall on the obvious suspects.

Those are an excellent points. The safe could be opened by anyone with
the combination, and taking just the two vials makes it obvious who to suspect. Planning to pass the vials from Marco to Britt to Jason creates
extra chances for something to go wrong at every step, which it did.
I'm curious to see what the ultimate consequences of all this scheming
    will be.
Jason sneaking in at 3:00 a.m. would have been a lot smarter.
