If everyone in PC knows that Sonny is the head of a large crime family
who imports and exports "something illegal" from the same couple of
piers, why haven't law enforcement busted him? The cops are forever
complaining that they just can't catch Sonny in the act because they
never know when his shipments are coming in or going out.

Just stake out his piers, you dodos, and when something is loaded onto
or unloaded from a boat, seize it! How is it possible that Sonny has
been importing or exporting "something illegal" from the same couple of
piers for 30 something years and has never been caught with the goods?

I am still working out why he never got caught killing Jagger. Why wasnrCOt
it on Q surveillance? How did he get access to suppress it?

Same reason Drew wasn't caught on Q surveillance video planting ketamine
in Tracy's car. The Qs' security cameras work only when the writers need
them to. When the cameras don't catch someone in the act, we're supposed
to forget they exist.
