It has often been repeated that it is ScoutrCOs ringtone on DrewrCOs phone. She can hardly be a suspect.
The song had some small history on the show. Gio played it for Donna at a rehearsal for the NursesrCO Ball. She later performed it at the ball.
I canrCOt come up with a good motive for Gio, other than payback for chaos he has caused, none of which seem focused on Gio directly.

Even if Drew really gave money to the deceased judge, it doesnrCOt sound illegal. That was an elective office since it is NY, so it could be viewed
