That would be smart. The killer certainly would not want the ringing to
alert the victim.
If Michael is not actually the killer, how did Michael not see the
killer when Michael entered the room? The ringtone was immediately after
the gunshots if I remember correctly.
For the past several months, people have been saying that was ScoutrCOs ringtone.
I'd bet real money that the shooter will turn out to be none of the
chief suspects. That's how it almost always turns out in Port Charles.
Maybe even someone completely out of left field, like Heather returning
to commit attempted murder for some crazy reason. Did Drew ever hurt
Esme in any way? Did Esme and Drew have any interactions at all?
