    So true! Have we even heard a mention of any work in the House? Because
    he sure has time to weigh in on local elections, file criminal
    complaints against minors, try to get a family
    crypt bulldozed, blackmail Portia, hijack Quartermaine family
    possessions, barge into offices to make petty comments and threats,
    etc., etc...

    Nina introduced Drew to her family friend, the Congressman. When he first sauntered into his predecessorrCOs office, he came armed with a brilliant
    plan about revitalizing the waterfront. In fact, Jordan partnered with him during the planning.

    It seems he wanted to grab SonnyrCOs piers in order to proceed with the project. He somehow intended to get federal funding for the project, iirc.

    Afaict, he has completely abandoned the project and he and Jordan are
    anything but friends at this point.

    Anything he has dine in furthering the project has been in the name of
    revenge, and certainly cannot be characterized as congressional work.
