The evidence wasnrCOt convincing. But Port Charles police gonna do what they do best.

There was a discussion on Friday that led up to the arrest. Nina was seen going home, so obviously, this leads to an arrest for murder.

It doesnrCOt track for me, especially since Nina said she went home to change because she got caught in thevrain.

Nathan aka Jay wants his detective job back, but Anna isnrCOt so inclined.

He said he loves detective work.

I bet an unemployed Nathan ends up solving the case.

I understand why the charges against Willow could make sense. If the
attempted murder weapon was found in her room, and the alibi Nina cooked
up fell apart, there might be enough evidence for an arrest. Willow does
have a motive after finding out Drew had been sleeping with Nina, and
that Drew had been lying to Willow to manipulate her, and that her relationship with Drew cost her custody of her children. And Willow does
have a history of emotional instability.
But the charges against Nina are a stretch. The ADA claimed that Nina
lying about the alibi shows that Nina and Willow were in a conspiracy to
kill Drew. But that lie could just be Nina spontaneously trying to
protect her daughter after the fact, which is what actually happened.
There is no evidence connecting Nina to the shooting. Or any conspiracy.
I do like the idea of Nathan solving the case.

Genuine question, for a detail I did-not hear.

Did they test the gun for fingerprints? Were Willow rCys prints on the gun? Or anyonerCOs at all?

I do not believe there was any mention of testing for fingerprints or
anything else. Any genuine police agency would of course perform a
number of forensic tests on a firearm involved in a shooting, probably
prior to any arrest. Whether the PCPD will do that is probably
uncertain. If the gun was planted as we are being led to believe,
Willow's fingerprints should not be on it. Of course, she could have
wiped them off if she did shoot Drew.
I'd say that even foolish Willow is not likely to have left the gun in
    her room after shooting Drew.
