Why the recast? The character is minor in the sense that even on the
occasions she's been part of a story line, she's wasn't given much
screen time. They can't be SORASing her, can they? The new one looks the
same age as the old one. Actually, the new one looks very much like the
old one. Is Charlotte about to figure large in one of the stories (guess
which) and the old one can't commit to a heavier work load? Or have they decided that the old one doesn't give off a believable psycho vibe? If
that's the case, I beg to differ. I haven't seen the new one in the
role, obviously, so can't say whether she's the better psycho, but the
old one was pretty damn good at it. If you ask me. Which...no one
has...so, yeah. I'll shut up now. ;p

I havenrCOt seen any explanation for the recast.

I donrCOt know if it is the writing, or the acting. The new teen seems more assertive, less vulnerable.

So far, no evidence of any specifically psychotic behavior.

She is currently pretty much a pawn between Valentin and Brennan.

True. They seem to be trying to rewrite her as a "normal" teen instead
of developing her career as a psycho. So instead of issues with stalking
and setting stuff on fire, her new issues are with bad teen judgment and disobeying Mom (who spent the entire hour soft parenting her). <yawn>

So the young girl who was a creepy stalker and an arsonist just a few
months ago is now allowed not only to baby sit a toddler, but also to
train as a camp counselor, and has been given keys to a deadly weapon.

What is Charlotte even doing with car keys? She's like 14 or 15. Yikes!
Is that legal driving age in NY? Isn't she supposed to be the same age
as Danny and Rocco? They don't have cars--they're still getting around
on bicycles.
