Chase tried to hire Alexis as his divorce attorney, but she declined,
saying that because she represented the Qs, she couldn't represent him
due to conflicting interests. Then she proceeded to pass him off to
another lawyer in the firm as if that weren't a conflict. When lawyers
from the same firm act as opposing counsel in a litigation, that's a
    conflict. And unethical, to boot.

Razor-sharp legal mind Justine seems not to understand that she has put
her precious career at risk every single time she met Sonny in the love nest--not only a public place, but a public place owned by the mob boss
of PC--never mind that she thinks she's safe because she enters through
a side or back door. When Jordan tells her she was seen kissing Sonny in another public place, she legs it over to the love nest to chastise
Sonny for kissing her in a public parking lot. As if she'd had nothing
to do with it! It was all his fault that it happened and that they were
seen and that her career was put in jeopardy. And he must promise never
to do that again! A clue for Justine: It takes two.

Speaking of Sonny and Justine. During their latest love nest tryst, he
told her that she could trust him just like she trusts Jordan, and that
he promised that he is not going to break the law. A lie. He was in the
process of doing just that by sending goons to kill Sidwell. I suppose
when he tasked his goon (appropriately named Vito) with delivering the
hit order to his goons inside the prison, he failed to remind Vito to
make sure that the Pentonville goons knew not to speak his name. Or
maybe Vito forgot to pass it on. Either way, rookie goon mistakes all
    around.
