    Rick, Thanks for this sad news. I really enjoyed
    his being on Days. I didn't realize he was that
    age (96). I pray that his family and fans are

    Chase, I agree with you about Robert being 96. That surprised me too until
    I realized that Bill Hayes is 97. The real shocker is that it has been 50 years since both men started started out on Days. That's a lifetime for a lot of people. RIP, Robert.

    I started watching DOOL in 1986, but only remember him marrying CallioperCOs dog Martha to Reggie.
