I'm using Ersatz-11 v7.0 Demo and I can't work out how to get the
key to the left of the '1'/above the 'TAB' to generate a keycode.
The documentation seems to say that ` (chr$96) represents that
key, so eg
define keypress ` number '4$'
would cause it to generate 4 and with Shift generate $. But nothing
happens.
I've tried with a UK keyboard labelled ` and that negate symbol,
and a US keyboard with it labelled `~ and PS/2 and USB, to no
avail. No other application fails to respond to that key.
