My web page counter is still stuck at 13,170.

FULL RESET, with no changes required except I think
changes in memory jogging which I will deal with
on the fly.

I began a new attempt at 4:58 p.m.

The current lunar phase (74%, waxing gibbous) is the
phase of Yom Kippur and Eid al-adha though not the
correct lunar month in either case (but MohammedrCOs
birthday is coming up in this lunar month). It is also
about the phase when I installed a brief binding of
medium to extreme criminal homo sapiens globally
in late June of 1996. It is also the phase when I
abstain from alcohol due to past problems in that phase,
which I think Taliesin called ArianrhodrCOs prison, and
this time I am hoping for ArianrhodrCOs blessing. (I
abstain from alcohol 1--9 days before full moon
and from marijuana during all of waxing moon, and
indeed havenrCOt had marijuana in a few years now,
but have consumed alcohol outside of those 1--9
days with no ill effects.)

But I didnrCOt wait until after sunset to begin the attempt.

If this attempt fails I will wait until the 34th anniversary
of my sun stare on September 5 to try again (such
an attempt would probably last until the 34th anniversary
of my blue rose vision, early on September 6).

[B[ is supposedly done and rebound/recovery/promotion (R/R/P)
for block 6 has begun, but not for my career, just the careers
of others I have recommended, though damping of my career
has stopped.

There will be no memory jogging other than R/R/P (not me)
and a.i. and the Reminders of June96 + 37 hcps. Thus I
donrCOt expect an immediate surge in my web page counter.

In the a.i. some recipients will get a direct pointer to me,
more will get a pointer to one of my readers. The
Reminders will not identify me.

But since block 4 on belief is lifted and block 5 on access
is lifted, and supposedly there will be effects I have
promised, and since I still have a fair bit of writing
out there, I hope my web page counter will go up some,
probably more after a.i. has been delivered. However
I rarely click on links in a sig and that is probably
true of most of my readers as well.

The incorporation is also supposedly done.

Charisma modulation has not worked and my web page
counter has not moved, so I have failed again. I
wonrCOt try again until the evening of September 5,
the 34th anniversary of my sun stare, and such
an attempt should last until early on September 6,
the 34th anniversary of my blue rose vision. If that
failed I would probably try again at September 7
