Did switching to nym-sdk overcome the chunk loss on big payloads?

No, because it is a design (bug?) issue. But once NymX kicks-in globally
the devs may have to do something, as NymX is properly working, except
Android, due to another Rust/Nym SDK issue.

v0.1.2 released, wich includes a -g (get) parameter so that people can
download their files from a remote server, like a Tor Hidden Service.

    Enjoy!

    Works nicely in Tails. :-)

Are you sure? I mean NymX CLI usage is a lot easier to learn than
Mixmaster or YAMN CLI, plus it has the advantage that in -r mode you
can receive data and can set also a whitelist, so that NymX accepts
only data from family and friends. That way you no longer need to
create a classic nym account with PGP and avoid third-party servers.

Actually, Using an xmpp server with 'Gajim' on Windows/Mac and/or 'Conversations' on any Phone and computer is easier. You can use a
free XMPP server, such as the xmpp.brax.me covered in another message
above above. It is very safe when used with OMEMO encryption or the
PGP thingie. If you have a server, it is supposed to be set an xmpp up easily. The Brax one will be sufficient though. I am not knocking
NymX, but this is more easily understood and set up as a private email
    type of service.

Well, the thing is that with NymX people do not need to use
a third-party server, it is p2p, or can act as a home server
    for family, friends and co-workers.

I completely re-worked NymX and will publish it later today.

I implemented a --parts parameter for 'sam' usage, so when sending
parts of 5 MiB each, the transfer repeats after finishing the first
part. That ways I could send 1 GiB over the Nym Mixnet yesterday, in
three sessions, because I had timesouts with the Mixnet.

BTW: NymX uses now SURB and no longer pseudonymous Nym address mode.
Therefore the -w (whitelist) and -q (quota) parameter is no longer
    included.

    Best regards

Because my NymX address is publicity available on my website, I have
created a .TXT record for it. :-)

    $ dig TXT nymx.oc2mx.net

I must say NymX is freaking cool, so to speak, as we no longer
need email or ftp etc. :-)
