    It's not a hack, just an ordinary command function. Any literate
    Windows admin worth their salt knows how to do this.

    "The command he used (net user [x] *) is the command for resetting a
    password."

    And yes, it will work on 7,8,10,11 and others.

    It's a primitive command and will literally accept anything passed.
    If you do something dense like "net user twat help", it will set the
    user password to "help".
