    from China at low price and little risk. The cartels basically
    ARE the 'Mexican Govt'.

    They don't smuggle fentanyl chems in from the USA, but
    buy 'em from China instead. So why not guns ?

    But, really, the cartels can get vast
    quantities of Chinese heavy weapons
    Really Cheap at zero risk and trouble.
    Some US-made popguns seem almost
    irrelevant.
