    He seems to be getting BURNT OUT ... doing weird,
    obsessive, maybe destructive things.

    To a degree I can't blame him - meeting Reality
    AND what Trump wants at the moment - VERY difficult.

    MOSTLY he's done good for the Mil. However of
    late his destruction of good, popular, high
    ranking officers is having the opposite effect.

    can't bring themselves to let him go.
