If you can't afford it - huge fines/liens/etc.

Look ... MOST people, and especially the older
residents on smaller fixed incomes and poor
(esp 'black') residents CAN'T AFFORD IT. They
are lucky if they can afford their meds.

Frankly this seems like a vast vast LAND GRAB
of some kind. Force the 'peasants' into ghetto
trailer parks way out in the swamplands somewhere
so connected 'developers' can grab their homes
and land CHEAP.

This legislation has been kept kinda "stealth"
for years.

Clearly lawyers and judges and such need to be
brought in immediately to block this bullshit,
hopefully for 50 years minimum.

Recall elections, many many lawsuits and
injunctions ... the resistance needs to
organize NOW and STAY THE COURSE.

Note the "environment" has NOT gone to hell
with the current arrangements. Some lefties
INVENTED an impossible 'standard' and now
everybody is expected to pay HUGE bucks to
meet it.

THIS is the kind of shit that happens when
too many pols take 'donations' from real-
estate people. It is not "MAGA", just EVIL.
Every pol/agency behind this needs to GO
and "campaign donators" too.

Is THIS "MAGA", the "Greater" America ???

Those regulations apply only to new construction that uses septic tank
instead of city sewer. In my town, your septic is ok but some years
ago they made it illegal to have a well and put everybody on municipal
water. This was done because microbes and septic derived chemicals
were turning up in ground water.
